We will provide a complete meal, competitively priced for your organization, so that they can be sold for a two to three dollar profit per meal. That means profit for your organization with no up-front investment! YES, IT’S REALLY THAT EASY!

1.) Your organization prints, sells and collects tickets for your event. Below is an example (click to enlarge in a new window).

set up to clean up,
AT YOUR SITE OR OURS!
We will prepare a meal that is delicious, distinct, and freshly prepared on the unique Smokin’ Jax Grill.
The meal we prepare will include your choice of:
Meats:
• 1/2 Smoked BBQ Chicken • Chicken Fillet • Pulled Chicken • Pulled Pork • Beef Brisket • Italian Sausage • Spare Ribs • Italian Sausage Sandwich • Hot Dogs • Wings
Sides:
• Mac and Cheese • Green Beans • Baked Beans • Coleslaw • Red Potato Salad • Grippo’s or Lays Chips
All entrees are served with with Baked Beans, Baked Potato Salad, and Texas Style BBQ Bread. Cutlery, Napkins, and Take-Out Trays are also furnished.
3.) What we need from you:
– A minimum of a 300 plate order
– 4-8 volunteers to pack and serve plates
– If your organization is tax exempt, a tax exempt form
